1. General Policy

Due to the nature of feng shui and spiritual products, all sales are generally final unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Please provide:

• order number
• photos of the item and packaging

We will review the request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

• opened or used items
• customized or blessed items
• spiritual products that have been activated or used

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
